So comfy and NICE!
I eat here relatively frequently with friends. Michael, the owner, is a fine gentleman of what I suspect is of the Greek persuasion, and a good restaurant manager. You always know good ones – their waitstaff and cleanup crew don’t change constantly.
A very nice restaurant with decent prices and usually good food. Pretty much home-town type stuff with a Greek flavor. Trust me, the spanikopita is very, very good.
The vegetables, however, tend to be overcooked and wilted; sometimes I expect to hear one little vitamin crying, cuz it’s all ALONE….
(Michael, are you paying attention? Get those cooks to treat the vegis GENTLY!)
Most of their best dishes are Greek or Italian origin. Avoid the so-called better classes of steak; the skirt steak is usually excellent and less expensive – not that anything is particularly expensive there – and the Steak Diane is a DREAM come true for steak lovers everywhere.
If you are near the corner of Army Trail and Bloomingdale Roads – and you are hungry – head a half block north to the next set of lights, pull in and drive a bit north to the restaurant.
Tell Michael or Fia that Mr. Bush sent you (a friend of Michaels and mine)
Enjoy. It’s worth it. Good service, good food. Reasonable prices.

Dishes Tried:
Baked Mac and Cheese
Absolutely the creamiest, the tastiest, the most sinful item on the menu.
I didn’t realize how much I liked Mac & Cheese until I had this!!!
White Clam Chowder
You can only have this every other Friday. It is DELICIOUS.
