HAD TO OVERPAY TO GET FOOD WHEN DELIVERED!!!
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! HERE IS THE EMAIL CHAIN TO TELL MY STORY…. You may want to start at the bottom. FYI- Nothing was ever resolved.
My final email that was never acknowledged:
Thank you for your response. The problem was that my order was over $20.00 and I had no choice but to give him the second $20.00 bill to cover the remaining change/balance so that my order could be paid in full. If it was a matter of just not giving him a tip, that would be unfortunate, but I could have done so. What you are suggesting is that I should not have paid for my entire order seeing as he did not even have change for a $20.00 bill?
I appreciate you “educating” the woman I spoke to, however, I still don’t feel the problem is understood to be corrected going forward and will be posting a negative review online with our correspondence in hopes that others will not order and run into the same issues that it looks as if are understood following my email after the delivery. Again, your delivery person showed up at my door with only $6.00 and no coins and could not even give change for a twenty after a phone call from your store confirming my payment in cash and my return call re-confirming that I would need change.
Unfortunately, I am still walking away unsatisfied with this outcome and how I had to pay $34.00 for my order of less than $21.00 because of a mistake on your side by not having them carry change as promised and standard for your industry.

To Whom It May Concern,
Tonight was the first order I have placed with you since moving to the area and I am walking away disappointed.
Your delivery gentleman was kind and the order was correct, however, upon speaking with the woman who confirmed
I would be using cash to pay for my order after placing the order on line and informed her I would need change, I don’t feel as I was taken care of well.
The woman did not inform me that the delivery driver could not make change for a $20.00 bill (I paid with two $20.00 bills as the order was over $20.00 and I wanted to ensure to pay the bill and have sufficient tip money). Once the delivery driver appeared (timely), we exchanged the money and the food and he then informed me that he only had $6.00 in change. This then put me in a difficult position and I had to tip him the entire difference of the $40.00 (minus the food and $6.00 he had with him and was able to give me). I would have tipped the driver, however, due to this miscommunication with the woman on the phone & inadequately prepared driver, I was forced to tip more than I felt comfortable doing for such a small order for one person. Please do not let this happen to others as it left a terrible impression and I now do not feel comfortable ordering from your restaurant/ location in the future. This is even more unfortunate as I am a (job title) who often works with caterers during my event planning and I am just starting to collect information from this area.
Thank you,
XXXXCustomer
