Mamajuana Rum is Yum
We specifically chose to go to this restaurant on a Tuesday evening to catch the Flamenco dancing and we were not disappointed in either the food or entertainment. We went as a large group which could be difficult for some restaurants but the wait staff was courteous and helpful in explaining the dishes. There were interesting dining options and I think everyone enjoyed their choices even the Dominican sushi!
Be sure to try something with the Mamajuana Rum – a “miracle” potion passed down from the Taino Indians used to cure all things medical. Bring a designated driver if you try it as a shooter!
Only neg comments are that they first lost the reservation for our large group. Then they would not even break a dollar for some change for the meter outside! You would think they would want a huge group on a slow night to stay and keep dining and drinking?! So be sure to bring change for the meter if you do not want to pay for the valet parking!
