Piatti Restaurant

Although we were seated per our reservation, that ended up being the best part of the evening. We were basically ignored most of the time and spent a good 45 minutes waiting for our salads. We had to ask for water refills, asked for bread, asked for a chilling bucket for our expensive wine and basically were treated like second class citizens.Our party of five were well dressed and two members of our group live in Marin County. They were embarassed at the service and the manager wasn’t helpful-only apologetic. It took so long for everything to arrive and we noticed adjoining tables getting their entrees before us and a large party being practically drooled over. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. and made for a tension filled frustrating evening.My daughter is autistic and waiting for nearly an hour and a half for an entree almost sent her over the edge. I don’t recommend this restaurant or it’s snooty manager and waiters.
