On par with Baja Fresh
La Salsa looks and pretty much tastes like Baja Fresh. Although Baja Fresh probably has a brighter, sterile look to it. They both have choices of burritos, tacos, and all the variations. Both have burritos that cost 7-ish bucks. I think La Salsa has more salsa choices. It’s decent when you just want some Mexican Food and there’s no real mexican around (which is common in Orange County and especially Irvine).
Dishes Tried:
Mexico City Tacos
1 each of carnitas, pollo and carne asada tacos. The carne asada and pollo both needed more salsa since they were a bit dry. But tasty nonetheless. Not too greasy either. Comes on a plate with beans and chips.
