Can it get any worse?
We were seated and 20 minutes later a server saw us while loudly saying “who are the people at that table… I hope they at least have their drinks… I didn’t even know they were there”. Believe it or not, IHOP is one of our family’s favorite restaurant, but in our home town we will not go there any more. As of 2 days ago, 7/17/2013, we were not only forgotten in the restaurant, but when we finally got our food, it was awful. We have watched the quality of the restaurant go downhill for months, but I can tell you that we will not ever go back.
Dishes Tried:
1. Pancake Combo
sausage cold with dry fat on it. Pancakes the only thing you can usually eat at our IHOP without fear, but they were cold that day! Cost about $9
10. Hearty Ham & Cheese Omelettes
Omelet was cold with cheese and ham both old. Absolutely awful! Pancakes were the only thing eatable in meal.
204. Strawberry Banana French Toast
Strawberry Banana has never failed before, but this simple breakfast was so bad I couldn’t eat it. AWFUL. Cost $8 and not worth a penny.,
We paid for the meal, wish we hadn’t, and we did tip the waitress but I wish I hadn’t done that either. Horrible experience and paid way to much for this experience!
