Don Pablo's

Don Pablo’s is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants as well as restaurants in general!
Aside from one isolated incident (out of at least a dozen visits), the service has always been quick, friendly and attentive. Upon being seated, I have been greeted by a server without even a five minute wait! The complimentary chips and salsa were bottomless; the chips light and tasty, the salsa mildly hot and flavorful with an option for a hotter salsa upon request. Don Pablo’s has a wonderful menu that not only includes mexican food, but ribs and some other non-Mexican fare. Their prices our reasonable for the quality of the fare and the portions. Don Pablo’s has several luncheon specials; Wednesdays offer chicken, steak or combo fajitas for $8.99!
The atmosphere/ambiance of this restaurant is also very pleasant. I usually dine upstairs, where there is a bar, tables and booths to dine in. The booths are on either side of the restaurant against the outside walls. There are windows on the wall beside the booths and wonderful romantic lights above each booth. It is a little less crowded upstairs and is definitely quieter than downstairs when the restaurant is full. The decor of this restaurant is colorful and fun! I truly enjoy dining at this establishment!
