Living in Sheboygan limits “honest to God seafood eateries!” It’s either take that road trip to Milwaukee, Appleton, or Green Bay, or
find a local Sheboygan family restaurant or bar/pub for fried fish, but we want Red Lobsters great dinners! We are new to Wisconsin and have lived here in Sheboygan for 3 years now and miss “Nationally Known” restaurants after spending 60 years in Cincinnati, Ohio with the “godzillion” eateries to choose from. I thought living next to Lake Michigan would be “seafood heaven!” I was corrected many times from true “Wisonsinites” that “it’s a lake, not an ocean. Boy, what a dumb Ohio Buckeye!!”
Anyway, Red Lobster is my wifes and my favorite seafood restaurant, next to the “hide-a-way” seafood places not so known.

The only Burger King in Sheboygan and it has to be operated by a
bunch of “clowns”. Everytime we go to dine-in, we have this floor show of loud conversations by the counter help about their recent “conquests” with the opposite sex. We even were greatly
entertained as a “scuffle” broke out between some younger drunk
customers over some french fries getting knocked on the floor. It’s
never a dull moment here. The food is, “BURGER KING”, cloned just like any other Burger King.This location just has a little MORE to offer. The drive-thru needs engineered to allow more space as the drive is very narrow and you must drive very close to the cashier window and pick-up window. I’ve scraped my mirror many times.

Arby’s has been changing right before our eyes! The menu has a
completely new look. Numerous additions were added for the breakfast crowd, new salad selections, various baked ‘taters plus potato bites, Angus tasty Roastburgers, new lg & medium Arby’s original roast beef, Hot/Ham & Cheese Melts, Cheese sticks, New Subs, various varieties of Popcorn Chicken, Ruebens, Patty Melts, Wraps, and a variety of new “club like” sandwiches with Chicken and Roast Beef. WHERE ARE MY HOMEMADE FRENCH FRIES? All they have now is the “salty-seasoned” Curley Fries!

We stayed 3 days at the Blue Harbor Resort 3 years ago and had
great buffet breakfasts at the Rusty Anchor located off the main lobby in the hotel. We actually looked forward to morning to have the breakfast. All breakfast items expected are on the buffet line, and fresh and hot. Not quite sure if the “remodeling” of the restaurant was started or completed yet, but give them a try. The menu has lunch plates too. Grab that cheese burger, it’s a winner!

Zieggy’s is a local bar and grill that has a inviting “air” about it. The
Grill aspect of Zieggy’s is the ability to “cook fish”!! I try to make the Friday Fish Fry as often as possible! Their menu has other fares, broasted foods etc, but I had only the experience of the Fish
Fry on Fridays. The fish is tender and flakey and seasoned just right. I strongly recommend trying the Friday Fish Fry and other dishes of foods available on their menu. Brats are my next item to try during the week!

For miles around, The Seabird at the Blue Harbor Resort is by far the finest 5 Star restaurant around. I personally would like to give them 6 Stars!! You can’t get anymore elegant than this venue. If you want to be admired by a date or to let the wife know you really care, a dining experience at Seabird will definitly make you a “big shot” with alot of class! Think of the best foods available…..now go to Seabirds and actually dine on the finest foods available. The foods are prepared by Culinary Chefs known the world over.
My wife and I can only visit Seabird once and awhile as it is a bit “pricey”, but worth every cent!!!

What can I say? Harborside is one “classy” eatery! If you enjoy a good hunk of beef out of the broiler, Harborside serves the best USDA Choice Angus Beef available. Prices match the quality of food you desire. The restaurant is very elegant and is in a very senic area to compliment a great dining experience. The dining area is very exquisite and comfortable. The staff at Harborside will make your dining experience a pleasurable experience.
I strongly suggest an evening of 5 star dining, call for a reservation
if weekends are your forte’-

Sheboygan County has been lucky to have such an elegant venue
for over 60 years and is one of the finest restaurants in the area!!
Opened in 1947," Butchie" and" Mumsy" Schoneman are the friendliest folks you’ll ever meet. The Cabin has a very friendly
family atmosphere. The beautiful wood interior makes the dining areas extremely impressive and is an experience all its own. There’s no need to say how good the food is. They’ve had over 60 years to “get it right!” This is definitly a must to visit.

The Depot Steakhouse is just a short drive from Sheboygan, and
worth the trip if you are a steak lover! We found the restaurant very comfortable and very clean and neat. The staff was very organized.The menu is very extentsive and covers the whole gambit of 5 star dining. From appetizers to entrees, the food is of the highest quality. All the meats are Hand Selected Angus Beef
and prepared by seasoned chefs and broilermen.

We discovered Dutch’s while attending a Christmas Party in 2009.
Our dinners were already decided and served by really friendly, and experienced servers and bus help. The Chicken dinner was broiled and was very good. In fact the whole experience was very memorable!
My wife and I returned 2 weeks after the Christmas Party to try our own choices of a very inviting menu. The dining area is very pleasing and cozy. Again we were “cared” for during our entire visit.
