THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!
We got their flyer and decided to give them a try. OMG, what a terrible experience that was. First they delivered the WRONG item and what was supposed to be hot & spicy according to their menu, was bland and disgusting. Then, we called to ask them to please bring the correct items and they started to get condescending and rude but finally agreed.

THEN, 15 minutes later, a Chinese woman calls and starts YELLING at us, telling US what she thought we ordered, and said WE have to BRING the food THERE to get an exchange!! (This was a delivery order, mind you). We just hung up on her as her yelling was plain ridiculous.

Finally, we called first Wok again and they agreed to deliver the correct items but we were worried that those would be spit in or worse so we asked for a refund for both meals that were not as ordered or advertised.

This whole back and forth went on for a good hour by the way after which they agreed to take off ONE meal of the charges and that was IT. VERY VERY poor customer service and terrible Chinese food! BE AWARE & DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – Call Lucky Garden instead at 904-471-7282 as their food is 100 times better, they are accommodating and FRIENDLY too!
