Surprisingly good food. Place to watch Cal games.
2 things keep us coming back here:
Surprisingly good bar food.
The burgers and sandwiches come with a large helping of fries (with curly being my favorite option). I’ve also tried the ahi tuna burger, club sandwich, quesadilla, and hot wings. All above average. The food definitely makes it an enjoyable place to watch sports. My only gripe is that they don’t sell pitchers.
They show Cal football games and it’s on the intersection of Santa Monica and Berkeley. Go Bears!
It’s nice to know there’s somewhere to go where there are fellow Cal alumni to watch the game.
Parking is a mix of 2 hour street parking, meter and valet. I’ve never had trouble finding space on the street. Also, they have some games like pool tables, foosball, and some arcade games.

Turkey Club Sandwich
This is one hearty sandwich. I love club sandwiches and this was no exception.
Senor Busbys Quesadilla
Cheesy and full of chicken. Huge sides of sour cream and guac too.
Hot Wings
Fried and covered with hot sauce. Tasty if you like your wings with a kick.
