You will find out as I have that Ichiban has the best Sushi chef in town! the quality is always first rate and the flavors and sauces will delight your taste buds and leave you begging for more. I am a sushi fanatic and have been to all the reaturants in town that serve sushi accept one. Jimmys is next on my list but they will have a hard time matching the great sushi at Ichiban.but I look forward to putting them to the test,
