High End Dining At Its Very Best
We had been planning a very important birthday. Based on a very positive lunch experience, we decided to book this restaurant. It was an outstanding choice.
Seasons 52 is a very plush, well lit restaurant. with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a bar. The restaurant sits on the perimeter of the Cherry Hill Mall on the westbound Route 38 side. It offers valet parking. It is part of national chain with locations in major cities. The theme consists of fresh healthy entrees, with a menu that can change on a weekly basis, hence assuring the freshest entrees and side dishes reflecting the seasons.
In the back are two rooms which can accommodate private parties. We were met at the front table and accompanied to our table. The two waitresses bent over backwards to meet our every desire.
We started with the flatbreads which were simply scrumptious. The salads are crisp and bursting with flavor. The vegetable soup was hot, tart and contained generous amounts of vegetables. They had outstanding fish and seafood dishes, including rainbow trout, ma-hi ma-hi and scallops. An order of goat cheese ravioli was enjoyed by another diner. Instead of beef, they offer buffalo, a much healthier alternative. Both the steaks and the burgers are chargrilled to order. They are amazingly succulent and tender. The vegetables of the day were asparagus and a mixture of peas.
They offer a desert tray with small mousses.
The drinks are top shelf and the wine list is very generous. They are available by the bottle or the glass. The coffee is incredible.
This was a wonderful experience I will remember always. Be advised though that this is not for those who are thrifty or looking for a low cost venture. That said, it was worth every cent.
Dishes Tried:
Buffalo Steak
The steak was cooked perfectly. It came with a very spicy sauce which was drizzled lightly over the dish. This was a little overkill and could have instead been presented as a dipping sauce instead. That said, it was hard to believe this was not beef.
Very yummy
The food was very good and the artichoke and goat cheese flat bread is not to be missed. It’s not cheap but it’s not badly priced for the quality of the food. I will say that the beers were overpriced.
Dishes Tried:
Wood roasted pork loin
Very tender and tasty meat on a spinach bed with roasted mushrooms and a dijon sauce. While it was pricy the quality was worth it
